Will the gearshift lever move with the key in the run position? Are you parked on a slope?

Try wiggling the shifter firmly while in park, it is possible your transmission shift position sensor is bad or has a bad connection.

 You previously posted the instrument cluster will light up, now you're stating, you can't get to the on position?
THAT DON'T ADD UP! YOU NEED TO GET TO ON POSITION FOR BOTH!

Yea for me to turn my tires i have to have the car on start position. So right now I cant turn my tires because I can't start the car. I checked to see if it was the battery and its not. Im starting to think its the starter.

H3s do not have a steering wheel lock. The wheel can turn key or no key.

I see I have multiple misfire on my truck after I checked for the codes. Can this be causing my car doing this? Not turning over or cracking?

I'm also planning on changing the fuel relay and the powertrain/starter relay maybe that would help.

You can't have a random misfire before you start the vehicle.

Now I understand where all your issues are coming from being salvaged.
Did you check the history before purchase?--> https://www.vehiclehistory.com/vin-r...#sales-records

You need to diagnose the problem before throwing parts at a blank screen. ALWAYS start with the easy stuff.

Here is something easy, if your truck thinks it is in any gear other than park or neutral, it will do exactly as you indicated = nothing when you turn the key.

Check the transmission shift sensor (neutral safety switch) wiring and connection.

Tell us you already checked the fuse box starter and the run/crank fuses?

The car right now is on park when I enter the key.
I'm going to check my neutral switch and keep u posted.

Also I checked the fuse box under the hood yesterday and didn't find nothing burn but im going to double check today. I checked the starter fuse and thats good, I havent checked the run/crank fuses yet. Would you know which fuse that is?
