Secondary air injection p0411
 

If there is water coming out of the air pump does this mean that it is bad. Also I have read about the fuse that blows if it is bad is there another fuse besides the one in the main fuse box? Is there helpful hints for testing for this. I have 2007 h3 it is running really rough will not really stay running.

Not sure how much of this applies to the H3 but I just fixed this same code on my mom's mustang. The secondary air pump sat inside the passenger side front fender. It had a mushroom breather cap with a short hose, because of the location of the pump in the fender, water (rain) got inside the pump and rusted it (apparently a common issue). The check engine light was on with code P0411. When I took the old pump off a ton of nasty water poured out of it. I replaced the pump, added a longer hose to relocate the breather cap into the engine area (so it won't get water in it again), and the check engine light has not come back on.
​​​​Additionally, I believe the secondary air pump is for reducing smog, I don't think it would cause the truck to run rough if it was bad. You could have multiple problems. But I'm not a mechanic.
