Default HEAD/VALVE..'06 SERIAL #s..

I know this has been posted..my search didn't bring it up..My car was built in April/06...Last 6 digits are..2927XX..Am I in ..or out... of the "BAD" range ?...Thanks..j

Well..That's a relief..but..My Durango R/T just cost $175.00 to have the A/C recharged..It's always something...

By your post..you must be high roller that looks at $175.00 for a simple A/C charge as pocket change..I GOT mine by watching where it went..

You may be able to save face on this one by answering one question:
Does your Durango use R-12 Freon? If it does, I believe the price. Since R-12 has been discontinued, they're getting upwards of $50 a pound for it!
My '86 Corvette uses it, and my brother who's in the heating and cooling business gave me a 30lb. tank several years ago. I guard it with my life!

Honestly..I'm not sure..I think it does..My point in my answer was just to comment on what must be a big wheel..Hell...$175 is NOTHING to him..All I asked was a simple question about the H3..Got my answer..and commented that I'm glad my car is not one of the problem cars..the reference to fixing the Durango was merely further conversation..I have a good mechanic...and he works on all my vehicles..when they need it..and I trust him..Mr Wheel must tip his mechanic AT LEAST $175..it's just WOW to him !!!..
