Rack and Pinion noise
 

i started to hear noises when turning the steering wheel.

How to fix the missing skid plate bolt? Get an M8-1.25 bolt and pop it in :) If the weld nut is still welded but stripped, you can fix it with a thread insert repair kit.

You'd better tell model, year, recent work, and if you have OEM battery terminals :D.
