Had a shop pull the shaft, replaced both u joints, knocking is still present, however less severe. I am guessing my next option is a replacement of the front drive shaft to cover the CV joint?

Replaced the front drive shaft this morning, knocking is still present.

My CV Joints on the front axles look pretty good, and no noises when turning, so i assume they are not the issue.

Any thoughts?

Checking those now, nothing has seemed to be loose, I think I will take it to a shop and have them check the Transfer Case chain.

There's a seller in Mexico selling 15053229 ( for $8.72+shipping. Another way to repurpose a milk jug.

Not for me, more for an arts and craft type person with a pair of scissors. I have many tools, no scissors.
My hole saws would destroy the milk jug

Isolated the issue, chain in the transfer case is stretched. Any one has some suggestions on either rebuild it or replace? If its a replace, any suggestions on what brand I should be looking into on this one? Kind of out of my depth on this now as I have exhausted my limited mechanical skills.

TIA.
