ok scratch the thought of a throttle body spacer just looked at it. There is only 3/4 of an inch clearance between the fan and the air tube as it is so there is no clearance to install one. just wait for the cold air set ups to come out.

 

Doc Olds any updates on CAIs for us 08 owners??
My 3.7 is ok but I'm jonesing for a little more juice.

I still cannot believe that I can't find any other CAIs - how tough is it as a major company to make one. They have them for just about every other make and model but NOOOOOOOO - not the 08 3.7

I want a little more juice - yeah should have gotten the Alpha - "I coulda had a V-8"

I had a jet Power control module interface in my olg GMC, worked pretty darn good.
I have a PCMforless tune on my 07 and I find it to be much better. They do show an application for the 08 as well.

 

Guys I'm going to take the plunge and order a PCMforless chip for my base 08 H3...
we'll see how it goes!

 

hey, not sure if you know, but gm finally released an exhaust upgrade for the 08 H3. Mine is getting installed thursday, I will let you know how it goes.

 

How much for the exhaust upgrade?

 

It is the same GM performance exhust they have had all along. Way overpriced IMO, but it do have a "GM" stamped on it. Check em out on ebay.

I would be more interested in what the steelership charged to slap it on there and how long it took them?
