WOW,
I took my H3 in about two weeks from when I got it with this same problem. I thought it was the driver side seat so they checked the tracks and reoiled them but the problem is still there.
Thanks for the heads up man, I will be taking my H3 back in with this info!

Pics of brake cable
You can see this if you lay on your back and look up right behind the drivers side front wheel the parking brake cable goes in between the body and some mounts in the far bottomright on one of these pictures you can see where the blue paint was worn off by rubbing.

I can see the problem in Pic 1 to 4, but I do not understand the solution.
I have the same exact problem. Can you post a picture of how you solved the problem?
