Largest tire size to fit on the tire carrier on rear door?
 

Will a 35 fit, and if. Anybody have it or will the door be too heavy to handle?

35" will fit fine, there are tons of people who have 35's on the back door (myself included). There are also a few out there with 37's hanging off the back door. As for weight, the rear door will support it just fine. People like Hunner, who has a 35" mounted on a heavy hutchinson beadlock with a rack above the spare loaded with gear. Also ReconH3 who has a 17" hutchinson beadlock with a heavy 39.5" tire.
