Yikes!!! Just ordered a set of 35's!!!! PIC ADDED
Yeah I know it's dirty already but we have had a serious downpour today but thought I would post a pic anyway.
Let me first say I was a little shocked when I first seen them not on the truck. I thought to myself, "what did I do"!!! Now that I have had a chance to ogle them and drive them, I love it. Definitely not for everyone as they have a very kick a$$ look and feel. I am also very pleased I cranked the torsions. The one thing it has done and my wife actually noticed it is the fact that by bringing the front end up a tad, you now see equally well or better out the rear window even with the added hight of the tires.

..they should look cool [sm=icon_cheers.gif]!!
All the leveling kits and lift kits say that it will "allow you to run up to 35" tires" so they make it sound like you need a little lift. You probably dont need it but the 35's may rub if you turn the steering wheel all the way ( thats just my hunch, dont know for sure ), let us know. I am also curious how much power you will lose, let us know about that too( I dont mean to sound like a Debbie Downer ).

Well from all the reading I have done on this forum and other's regarding the bigger tire, they will be fine. I am going to crank the torsion bars 2.5 times for now and go from there.
I do expect to lose some power but plan to do some engine peformance upgrades down the road.
I do not trash my vehicles but I dolike to go off the pavement.I do alot of hunting and it sometimes takes me to spots where the new tires will come in handy.
But most of all Iwanted the beefier look.

you do NOT need a lift...especially the 315's, they are not a true 35 but are more like a 34.5" tire...I know I have them. You do not need to regear...you'll hardly notice the difference in power....let's be honest theres not much power to notice in an h3 anyway.
