I hope I don't have to disassemble the spring packs. I was able to move one spacer back in place using a pry bar. Will try and take some weight off springs and get the upper pads in place using a long pry bar with a couple of us prying away. I'll let you know if this works.

Have a line up punch handy for reassembly if you take out the spring pin, and be carefull.

I don't have that problem. Maybe the wheel cover isn't tight onto the rear door.

Have yet to receive all the leaf pads. But did replace two of the upper pads on the driver's side without removing theleaf packs. I placed the jack under thefront shackle and lifted the vehicle until the tire was off the ground then used a large screw driver to pry the leafs apart and slid in the new pads inwith a light coat of silicon grease. Did have to trim the edges of the pads button so the new pad buttons could be inserted into the button hole in the spring.Hopefully they will stay in place.squeak free now

Anytime. Mud is a good lubricant on leafs when its wet. One of the problems with the factory pads is they are round. That rounded edge takes a lot of pounding and wears flat so the spring can overide it and make contact with the next leaf. Rectangular replacements (2 1/2" width) fit perfect and should have more of the leaf tension evenly distributed across it.
