Default H3 wont start

I have read a lot of threads over the past few years on this forum since I got my 07 H3 and they have been a big help, but now I am out of my depth looking for some help, I have been unable to get my H3 running. I was having some simple electrical problems that I was sure were from a bad BCM but I was holding off replacing it as the vehicle was still running fine and it is not my primary vehicle. I had the occasional pass lock that I was able to live with as most of the time if I just turned the key to acc and waited a few seconds it would usually start. But then the bad got worse for my H3 when I left it sit for a few months under a tree during the summer in Florida. The sun roof drains got clogged up and the interior was soaked when I returned. I was ably to charge the battery and get her running again but only for a short time, I moved it to a different spot on the property where I shut her off and when I tried to restart she said no go. Here are a list of things that I have done so far please let me know what I may have missed I would really like to get her back on the road.
1. Replaced battery & terminals with high quality did this when I first bought vehicle in hope it would cure the electric problems I was first having (right front window & left rear window not operating) didn’t work
2. I assumed the problems past & present were due to bad BCM that got worse from the water that got in vehicle. I purchased a new BCM programmed to my vehicle vin from Module Mechanic. After a number of times running the relearn process still now start and I tried the windows for the hell of it and they where still only front driver & rear pas working.
3. Next step was the ignition thinking it could be the pass lock issue. Decided to just replace the electronic part from the ignition as to my understanding by doing so it would save me from having to take it to dealership for reprogram.
To note when I turn key I have nothing the started is not trying to crank and no mater what I still have pass lock light on dash. I feel like the problem has to be something electric but I don’t know what direction to go next. I will be away next few weeks so trying to gather some information to make a game plan for when I get back any advice would be much appreciated

i dont think passlock disables the starter just the injectors at least how it works in other GM vehicles. maybe the starter is bad or check your main ground from the chassis to the engine it could have rotted out.

MOVED. In all that reading on the forum you never picked up the instruction to NOT post in the FAQ Section?????????????????

Have you done the fix for the Sun Roof Drains yet? That would be at the top of my list.

What is the resting voltage of the battery? Just because it is new does not mean it is fully charged.

I have cleared the drains for the sunroof and have had it tapped just in case as I do have a lot of dirty trees to keep it dry. I have charged the battery and kept it on tricycle once charged to keep it up so it has read 12-13 volts consistently.
I apologize for putting the post in the wrong section, when I went to my profile & selected new post I thought it would go to a general posing section but I guess it defaults to the frequently asked section since that was the page I had open that I had been reading on and yes I read your post about not posing in that section and thought I did it the correct way as not to but guess I did
