Cool 06 h3 clicking

Hi guys i am new to this site. I changed my front and back brakes and now i hear a clicking sound in front. I have checked everything out and i cant figure it out when i push on the brakes it stops when i drive it clicks. If you can help me with this problem that would be great. Thanks

Welcome.

Real hard to diagnose "click" and other noises by description alone, I usually do not bother, but since I am here anyways. The most obvious possible cause is that you did not put the brake pad spring clips back on correctly (yes they can go in/on backwards or actually upside down) and they are allowing the pads to not back off far enough after braking so they intermittently touch the rotors and rattle/click.

They are supposed to go in like this:
