Welcome to HF.
MOVED this from the FAQ section where it says at the top Do not post in this section as just because you though up some question does NOT make it an FAQ. Why is it you think an H3 leaf spring needs to be "more reliable"? Nothing lasts forever, when stuff gets old (like these trucks are now) and wears out, you replace it. You could replace just the leaf spring eye bushings, if that is what you are looking to do. |
The Old Man Emu/ARB leaf springs have a military wrap on the ends

I wonder if that is per pack or for both. If its both that is an amazing deal! We have had to replace the leaf packs due to them breaking the main leaf around the eye on three of our trucks now. Mileage has been anywhere from 75k miles to 140k miles when they went. Pretty ridiculous.
OEM packs are about $175 each side including shipping from what we have found most places |

They sell them per side so you need two of them. i installed em and my truck ended up 1" higher than stock, at 25.5" hub center to fender. Stock was 24.5" https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.hum...0600526cf9.jpg This is with the fron leveled @ 23.5\" I do have a 1" body lift so the front sits at 24.5" and the rear @ 26.5" |
