H3 Alpha MPG
 

I just got 16.5mpg in my Alpha! Seems pretty good for a V8, anyone else get around the same?

Nope, but none of ours have been stock.

2010 Alpha/Offroad
Mods: Magnaflow Catback Exhaust, AirDoc CAI

Summer: City 14-14.5 Road 18.5-19.5
Winter: City 12.5-13.5 Road 17.5-18.5

I have checked the MPG at each fillup in the 27.5 months I have owned it and this is a realistic estimate of what I am getting. It doesn't deviate much from those numbers. My City driving normally involves as many as 10 starts and stops an day with mostly 2 mile trips. I am usually pretty light on the skinny pedal. I am satisfied with that considering the 3.5 and 3.7 Lux's I owned were only 1-1.5 MPG's better across the board. If I were looking for something in the 20's or 30's, I wouldn't own an H3.
