fuel tank question
hey guys, i have a very very stupid question...
i was very excited when i recieve my fuel tank door in the mail today, that when i had finished installing it on my h3 with the 3m tape, i was screwing it in and one of the damn screws fell inside the tank. i don't know if i'm really freaked up or what.
my question is, do you guys think that it will mess my h3 up?? i called some dealerships in my area and some have said maybe and some have said no.

RE: fuel tank question
theres no such thing as a stupid question, only stupid people[:-]....just kidding
there is supposedly some type of sock filter around the fuel pump, it should prevent it from getting sucked in. The screw may start to corrode after awhile but IMO I dont think it would cause any problems

RE: fuel tank question
You should be fine. There is a strainer on the bottom of the fuel pump if it even moves from the bottom of the tank.
Just remember that a year from now when you hear a weird noise moving around the tank
