Was changing the ignition switch successful? I have an 07 H3 that is doing something very similar. Turns over but won't start. Wait 15 mins and starts right up. I've got a friggin 30k truck parked. Has GM put out a service bulletin on this. New member here, I appreciate any assistance.

Yes , mine only had 37k on it and passlock went bye bye......if yours is doing what i described above, yup it will fix it. They replaced the ignition switch and i am good to go. No bulletin i am aware of, but the dealer knew excactly what it was when i told 'em.....

Default Life or death

its not hard to visualise how many ways this problem could be a LIFE OR DEATH situation.

i think gm should put out a permanent fix and then a better theft alarm

okay guys... really need some help on this passlock sensor! I changed it.. the truck would not start.. waited 10 minutes.. started up.. turned it off.... wont start.. 10 minutes.. it started.. Put the old one back in.. works fine.. and once in a while it gives a problem.. so after I put the new one in, do i need a ECU flash or something so the truck can accept it?

HEEEELPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!
