Default Diagnose - No power to Transfer Case Encoder Motor

Hi everyone. Shifted my H3 to 4 Low last night to pull out a Bobcat stuck in the mud. The Good news is I got the Bobcat out. The Bad news...I cannot get my H3 out of 4 Low.

I have run through a lot - see below - and the issue appears that I do not have any power to the encoder motor. Any ideas:

A. How to test the Encoder motor - make sure it is working?
B. Any fises besides #12 and #58 I should look at? Both of thesde relate to TCCM
B. Troubleshoot electrical back from the encoder motor?

What I have been through so far...
  1. rolling slow forward - shift to neutral - press 4H
  2. rolling slow backward - shift to neutral - press 4H Lock
  3. Also tried combinations of shifting transfer case to Neutral.
Truck makes no sounds, light just flashed for 15-20 seconds. Note the dash flashes STAB SYS OFF and throws no codes.

-Connected battery after being disconnected all night, tried reversing slowly and steering left & right. not fix.
-Checked fuses 12 & 58 related to transfer case.
-Tried the truck in neutral and pressed the 4x4 buttons. no noise is heard. I unplugged the encoder motor and sprayed w electrical cleaner. tried again..no noise. Has me thinking it is a bad encoder motor.
-Removed the encoder motor. It does not move when buttons are pressed. I was able to use the motor (could prob use pliers too) to move the gear on the transfer case...tried driving and it pops out of gear which means the encoder holds the T/C in specific positions. If I could figure out the position for 4 High I could manually move the T/C to 4 High then also move the encoder motor position to same spot.

Next will look at 4x4 module. Something is not providing power to the encoder motor.

Below is the Bobcat my H3 pulled out. Much appreciated.

The stuck Bobcat... in the morning, the left side was also deep in the mud.

Have you tried another encoder motor assembly?
You'll want to test at encoder motor plug for ground and +V.
If there is zero +V... you'll need to test where the wire originates.
Was the transfer case was damaged in the pull?

Thanks. This was solved... The issue was a siezed encoder motor. Pulled it, added penetrating oil overnight, shocked it a few times and all is back to normal operation.
