DEALER COST CAR AUDIO:

JUST TO WARN YOU GUYS OF HOW EFFIN CROOKED THIS STORE IS.

I bought a Viper ( let's call the model number A) a month ago. After a week I got the item, unfortunately, an installer friend advised me to change it to Model B which is better accdg to him. Si I emailed them and asked for a Return/Exchange for the model B which is $130 more expensive. The bloody guy (sorry for my word) told me it's okay and that I should shipped it Right away before they could do anything. I shipped it via ExpressPost and it cost me $28.00. 3 days later they got the item. Since then, they never response to any of my email. By phone?? It's a pain in the a$$ contacting them.
Now I advice my credit card company and they promised to fix the problem and get my money back.
HOLY CRAP...FIRST TIME EVER HAPPENED TO ME FOR YEARS OF ONLINE SHOPPING!

I bought an amp a couple of years ago from them. SLOW communication! When I did get any responses from them, they acted like they were doing me a favor. I don't think they know what the heck is going on. It seemed like they were just middlemen in the deal.

I have had the same problem before with something I purchased on Ebay. The item arrived defective and they said ship it back no problem we will refund on arrival. I sent it back they denied receiving it and stopped communication I got paypal to get involved they would intermediate the company yes'ed them to death and that was it.I contact my creditcard company which was capital one I told them the deal they instantly credited my account the amount and I just asked for all proof I sent it back and confirmation of it and any contact i had with the merchant and that was the end. The credit card companies are always on the consumers side and they work against merchants which is funny because alot of a credit card companies income is from the transactions.

Yeah you are right Tony the credit card company are always on the consumers side. I got my money back (in full), and they even advises me to be careful next time but avoid doing business with them again.

There you go guys!
