cross member rubber mount

1 Attachment(s)
my 2006 hummer h3 has a vibration during acceleration from a stop.also a pretty bad vibration through out vehicle during highway speeds
ive read about the mount on the cross member at the front diff support being bad, however the rubber mount looks ok,but the metal around it doesn't look right.
does this look ok to you guys(does it look normal)
thanks for the input

Can't tell much from the blurry photo. you will also want to check the diff mounts on the sides too. They go bad also. It's more of a "clunking" when any of these go bad, not really a vibration.

Your vibration sounds more like a bearing, drive shaft joint, etc. Does the vibration stay constant or increase with speed?

ive replaced drivers side wheel bearing, drivers side cv shaft and drivers side upper ball joint and control arm. all in the last year. everything seems tight.vibration is constant checked front and rear drive shafts all u joints are good.

in the picture you can see what looks like a hole in the metal on right side of rubber mount, wondering if cross member is rotted.or if they are all like this.

is there any way to check this mount for play.

thanks
ill look at the side mounts when wife gets home
