A/C evaporator line breakage

A/C evaporator line breakage
Has anyone had their a/c lines going into the evaporator break on them during moderate off-roading? Just had this happen to me for the second time this weekend. 2009 H3 Alpha, Adventure package, hitting washboard trails at about 35 mph, Rancho RS9000s, 17" wheels, 35" BF Goodrich All-Terrains, everything else is stock. I replaced it once before and you have to take everything out from the front seats forward....it's a pain. I'd prefer not to have to do it again and again. Seems the evaporator has a weak point at the solder joint. I think replacing the stock A/C lines with full flexible steel braid lines might be the fix. Just want to know if anyone else has had this happen to them. Engineering design flaw??

Most off road parks have speed limits of 10 - 15MPH, see how long it takes to come to a complete stop at 35MPH on washboards. Go try the same trail at 10-15MPH and tell us how it does.
