Default Bucking/skipping

I have a '09 with a 5sp manual. I've noticed while on the highway when accelerating from the 60-65mph range, and during harder accelerations ie..merging onto the highway. I feel a slight bucking/skipping, almost like a hesitation. It stops once I attain my desired speed, and runs smooth during normal acceleration and driving conditions. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hows your reverse gear under heavy load?
Had any transmission work done in the past?
I had the same problem, I just assumed the tranny was on its way out, but a year later (dumb me) remembered I had the transmission fluid and filter replaced by a shop... So I dropped the pan, and the small seal on the filter neck was not there!
Replaced it and runs beautiful now

do you have a P0300 code? Any air leaks or spark issues? With the manual you might have a grabbing/slipping clutch combination. Does it do it going away from a stop uphill?

No codes, and it only has 35000 miles. Ive only had it for a few weeks. I will find out if the dealer serviced the tranny.

Thanks

09 with 35000 miles? You are still under the 5 year / 100000 mile warranty. Take it to the nearest Cadillac dealer for warranty work.
