Armor All????
H3 2007. At the dealer they told me not to use armor all on the outside or inside of my H3 because it will dry out and crack the plastic or vinyl. Is this true?? What is a better option that wll not dry out/fade/crack the trim on my H3?? The sun is brutal in Central Texas and need some protection (don't want to end up looking like those Chevy Avalanches with all that faded trim) . Just had the pillar trim moldings on the windshield replaced (warranty covered it) and the dealer said armor all could of dryed them out and caused such severe fading.

303 aerspace protectant
Armor-all is terrible. I would never use it on my hummer or other cars. There is really only one good option- it's 303 aerospace protectant. It has spf-40 to protect form the sun. It is not shiny like the amor-all but makes the black plastic a little darker and richer-like new after to put it on. You have to get it off the internet for the most part. I have not found it. Use it on all the plastic, leather and rubber inside and out. I live in Vegas, so I re-apply every month or so in the summer. And if you are looking for a good wax/sealant for the paint...get Zaino.
