Anyone buy a locker from these guys?

Hey guys. Came across a rear eaton electric locker on eBay for $495 for the locker, switch, wiring, and retaining bracket from iwerearendsonly. I seen they have a website that looks pretty legit. I talked to my local 4x4 shop I always deal with to see about install costs and he told me stay away from iwerearendsonly because they've been known to sell defective products and charge a restocking fee when you return it. Now I don't know if this is true or if he's just trying to scare me into spending 300 extra on the Same locker through him. Have any of you bought through these guys? Good results? Please let me know.

Also I just want to verify it will fit my h3. It is eaton part number 40058725. Says it fits all 8.6 rear differentials with 30 splines. Thanks for the help.

check with eaton to see if they are a legit eaton seller. If not RUN!!.
Also if anything goes wrong with the locker you will have to pay the shop to pull it and put a new one in. When I had Auburn lockers installed in my YJ one went bad and the shop was able to get Auburn to cover the labor costs also.
Just food for thought

I purchased one from them well over a year ago. It wasn't listed for a hummer h3, i just researched what rear end we had and they carried an elocker for our 8.6 10 bolt rear ends. It's been installed for over a year and I've used it several times when offroad without problems. From what i remember, IWE purchased a bunch of these as take-outs directly from GM. They are new, take-outs and will not have the eaton part number listed in the eaton catalog for our trucks. They have a part number that really made no sense. What's important is that it fits 8.6 gm 10 bolt rear ends with 30 spline axles.

If I were to do it I would stick with the ARB air locker......it's made for your car but you are looking at about $1000 without install
