I'm a member - my problem is trying to get the Dallas Red Cross chapter to accept the program. I'm going to try again when we deliver the 08 H2 that GM donated to them - they may have to rethink their statement "we don't really have a need for that type of program in Dallas"...

I agree w/ the HCI Membership as a requirement - but they did put the whole thing together - I'm indifferent. Luckily, I got a free pass on the off-road certification
