Air always blowig

I have 2007 h3,
even when I cut all the controls off air still blows pretty hard thru the vents, I'm at a loss

Are you aware there was a HVAC recall? GM dealers will replace a defective HVAC harness.

Please use the search feature, there are threads on how to fix HVAC problems other than the recall fix.
