2006 H3 remote entry/alarm working intermittently
#11
I agree 100% and I never off road my H3. I am still having issues since day one with my stock radio head unit. Some days the buttons work, other days nothing. Even Best Buy Mobile can't figure it out.

I intend on putting in an aftermarket stereo in a couple weeks as long as it's still running. I wonder what surprises are in store for me after that happens? Anyone with any experience here?
For real tho, I just turned 100,000 miles tonight. My first payment transferred out of my bank account this morning. After 120,000 miles, should all the BS be ironed out? And I'll have a reliable truck?

In case anyone cares In the future. I read an old thread where the guy Was having my same problem. I think the dealer told him to unplug his gps when he wasn't driving. I have a blue tooth thing and a phone charger plugged in all the time. I started unifying them when The H3 isn't running, now my remote entry/ alarm seems to work every time.

In those cold winter months most electronic devices couldn't work very well. If you try to start your truck early in the morning and temperature outside is -40C or -45C degrees Celsius, so you could expect some of those problems like that. My H3 also showed one or two times pass lock red light but after that it disappeared. My radio is also doesn't work very well in those cold days: sometimes is working, sometimes- not. But I am optimistic about all that stuff! Spring will come any way! So all these problems will go away( I believe)!
