I have factory service manuals for my other vehicles and am looking for a set for my new to me 2007 H2 (SUT). I found a nice set for a 2006 and am wondering if the differences between a 2006 and 2007 are minor enough that I can use the 2006 manuals. I am not real concerned with entertainment systems but with the mechanical systems; drivetrain, brakes, rear ends, transfer cases etc.

Should be fine.... both years are essentially identical. 03/04 would even work but those did have a few very minor differences (stuff like FM antenna on the roof instead of the fender, no global windows up/down buttons, etc).

The differences between 2006 and 2007 are minimal, especially if you’re focusing on the drivetrain, brakes, and transfer case. I got my set from workshopmanuals.org, and they’ve been invaluable. I don’t think you’ll run into any issues using the 2006 manuals for your 2007 H2.

You can safely use the 2006 manuals for your 2007 H2 SUT.
