UPDATE: I was waiting for good weather to arrive and some vacation time to install my non-Hummer third row bench seat, which I purchased at a local flea market / thrift shop for $30. After some modifications to the bottom fasteners of this bench seat, I used some metal cable locks from the bottom fasteners of the seat to the Hummers interior floor hooks where the third row seat normally latches onto. It is very secure. I was able to retrofit this non-Hummer third row bench seat to fit my 2003 H2!

I found mine on eBay. Great condition and paid $200 or $250. I was lucky enough to find someone about 40 miles away. You just have to check eBay and Craiglist everyday. I was not willing to pay more than $500-$800.
Correction...mine was a single seat not bench. Same process still applies
