Weatherstrip on body of door
they can be removed and scrubbed thoroughly with soap and warm water in a bucket and something that can get into the channel like an old toothbrush or stiff brush flat screw driver whatever works for you. then put back. most of the time dirt builds in the channel making it not stay in place.
if it has some small tears they can be mended with black rtv or silicone and some painters tape and Windex.
clean area that needs mending. apply black rtv or silicone to the damaged area.
try blend the repair area.
spray some Windex when you think it looks about right to help set the silicone enough to tape.
then tape over it.
close door hopefully you used enough tape so that the repair wont stick or glue the door shut.
let cure.
