Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

Do a google of "Hummer" rear hatch lojac963. 1st pic is the one you need.

Tried to access photobucket but they want $400 to link pics. IBGD.

I know this thread is old- but ran into the dreaded rear hatch wont open. Was able to use this thread to finally gain access. Thanks to everyone who contributed!

now- i can get it to open/close from outside (the pin came loose from the handle where the spring and main cable run from door to assembly). I did see where the actuator when locking will pull in like it should but when i unlock the plastic piece bumps against the bracket and wont fit into place and be in full unlock position. It seems the cable is binding somewhere between rear handle mechanism to the connecting point on the door assy. Top left on @LoJac963 pic. I cant seem to get just that extra bit of length to allow the plastic piece to slide into place. Anyone have any ideas?

Is there another name for the plastic handle piece other than big plastic handle piece?( the item @Baldfox references)

anyway- thanks again
