How in Gods name does the plastic piece in the center between the fender flares come off? The piece directly under the doors just above the rock sliders??


I need them off as I'm spraying some pieces but cannot figure out how it comes off. I've removed the flares and the pop rivets from the bottom of the center piece but it seems there's clips back there and no matter how hard I pull they don't let loose......
