Leak of the week.
 
Hy guys, been going strong for a week but now have a new small leak. A little oil, a little red stuff. Looked down and found a nicely torn boot. From a little googling it sounds like a torn CV boot which allowed dirt to wear out parts of the steering rack? Any thoughts?

Does that mean the whole steering rack will need replacement?

Not so, if you are able to install a new seal kit
