So I am installing some aftermarket stuff for my trip and I was looking for a fuse that’s only hot when acc/ign is on. Well turns out if I test battery ground to any fuse in the block it’s hot. What’s going on? Anyone ran into this?

Fuse IGN E (10A) is hot in Run or Start (engine fuse block)
There's a group of fuses (cabin lower dash) hot in ACC and RUN which could be candidates:-
SEO ACCY (10A) ** This is labelled "NOT USED"
WS WPR (25A)
RR WPR (15A)
TBC ACCY (10A)
SEO ACCY may be intended for this, hopefully we'll find out..
