I have a 2006 H2 and I am currently needing to replace all factory speakers through out my ride and was wondering if anyone had any insight on how to remove the door panels, trim with front tweeters and trunk speakers? I also am concerned with what size to buy for the front doors since several sites say 5 1/4" and others say 6 1/2". Which one is it? I also have not seen any information as to what size the speakers in the trunk are. Can anyone help? Pictures for door removal would be greatly appreciated if you have any since pictures are worth a thousand words.

 

I looked into this recently and the front door speakers are 6 1/2, the rear door speakers are 6 1/2 but the far rear pillar speakers are 5 1/4. not sure on the front pillar tweeters though.

and I have no idea where the 9th speaker is, I cant find it.

 

I believe the 9th speaker is the muffler!!! LOL

 

Didn't some models have a little "sub" built into the base of the center console?
