C0896 transfer case

This code showed up and said the following [Device Voltage Range voltage below threshold (symptom 03) -test failed since DTC clear , History DTC test not passed since power up but everything seems to be working not why this is there anybody seen this before Thanks

Not light on

It also does not have any light I indicating any kind of issue but the code showed up any thoughts on this one Thanks
