I had a clogged cat and dropped the h2 off at a shop to fix it, when it got back the vents no longer work. They of course claim they dont know anything about it but I did have to go back to there shop to pick up the h2 cover that covers the top of the motor. Not sure why that had to come off to work on the exhaust.So no matter what button I push air only comes out of the defroster vent, and I'm trying to find out if that's vacuum or possibly a fuse or worse. Thanks for any help.

 

i don't really know much about the climate system so this might sound dumb to some.
Does it use vacuum to control the movement of the vents? or a electric solenoid?or motor?

Sounds like a blend door issue. It's electric not vacuume...

Mine just had hot air coming form driver side, cold air from passenger side, both sides set to 60. I am talking jet engine heat too. pulled fuse, reset, not air flows only from Defrost. Anybody know parts needed or have diagrams for replacement.
