Default 2008 H2 Steps & rock sliders
My sliders are rusted and because they're not cheap to replace, I bought tube steps to try and attach straight to the frame but it wasn't possible. Are there any cheaper alternative parts or things that can be done to mount the steps straight to the frame without the sliders? Thanks in advance.

it sounds like the rock sliders are bad oceanbrave. he wants to eliminate them and mount the nerf bars directly to the chassis minus the sliders.
