2007 h2 won't turn over

Snyced up replacement keyless entry, now engine won't even crank over, not even a click when I turn the key. Anyone heard of this happening?

Almost sounds like the security system needs to relearn the cylinder resistance. Worth a try...

Curious if dash lights up at all and if it does, place shifter in neutral and try to start
