insurance for an H-1

I don't see anything for insurance when I put it in the search bar.
I went thru a long list of insurance company's to insure my 1998 H-1.
Finally AAA gave me a policy thru Safeco.
$1758.00 per year. No tickets, no smoke 65 year old female
I suspect AAA put a healthy mark up on top of the Safeco rate at this point.
I also added a second car and felt like they gouged me knowing there are not many who will insure my H-2
I was able to insure my second car with Hartford and saved about $600.00 per year.
I am not military.
Anyone have someone I might look into?
Thanks

Geico $475 for 6 months

My 98 H1 hard top cost me 475 for 6 months only drive it 1,500 a year but I live in Cal. So cost is high.
I have to show proof of miles every couple years (oil changes recipes). Geico has been good to me.
