Thinking of buying a 2000 H1 anything special to look at?
There is a 2000 H1 wagon for sale not too far from where I live, it has 14.000 miles on it, what should I be looking at as fare of worn parts etc.
Just seen pictures and it looks good and well taken care of.
Grateful for any advice

The “F” letter indicates it has the improved engine, while the “Z” has the old engine. At only 14,000 miles I doubt the engine was replaced to the newer block. AM General did not have a formal production cutoff date for engine switch. The “F” and “Z” appear throughout the 2000-2002 model years!!

Went to look at it today, looks great in good shape some smaller things as you would expect on a 20 year old vehicle.
There was one thing and it was that the driver side front door window had a crack so it needs to be replaced, how hard are they to come by and how pricey are they, when I google I cant find any prices for the glass just the other components.
Since I'm in Sweden, there are very few on the market especially later models so this 2000 is the newest one (only two others for sale in the whole country one -97 and one -98)
The engine block has not been replaced, no issues with it at this moment so what I am wondering, is this a time bomb and what will happen? If it starts causing trouble is it still possible to just change the block och is the engine junk when/if the problem comes?

Roughly one third of the engines were replaced. Main thing is to drive by the temperature gauge. Don't run the truck hot, The glass is not that expensive. Any decent glass shop should be able to cut you that piece. Try dave at www.hummerpartsguy.com
