Failed to find CTIS air leak. Any Ideas?

The rear tires on my 2003 H1 wagon keep losing air, about 15Psi per day and I cant find the leak. I did soapy water on all the air lines from the compressor to the individual wheels and never found any bubbles indicating a leak. The bead locks are sealed.

my last thought is that the 10 year old tires are losing air somewhere. Anyone else traced any issues like this?

i am not sure if this pertains to your circumstance but it seems to follow the same symptoms. the info is on another forum though

Sounds like a hub seal.

disconnect your CTS from the tires and see which tire goes flat overtime.

Seems like that would solve the problem if you are certain your CTI system itself is not leaking

The CTIS manifold on these things is also suspect because the Aluminum manifold develops rot under the electronic valves. I personally opened one up and found that to be an issue. I needed to weld the defects and sand them off and repaint in order to restore the Aluminum.

Have you checked to make sure the CTIS disconnects aren't the leak source? Make sure they are completely snap on. Also, they get sand/dirt in them and get stuck open. I have rebuilt several.
