Hand held custom tuner for year 2000 Hummer H2, Part no 1202-003 . This unit is also for Chevy 1997-1998 Corvette, a multitude of Chevrolet, GMC, Ford trucks Vans and diesels in Ford series heavy duty vans and treucks. The only year Hummer H2 this tuner can be used to tune is year 2000. Maybe someone can get some power / HP increase or gas mileage increase with it. I purchased it for my 1998 C-5 Corvette, but was talked into a custom tune from Chuck at Corvettes of Westchester with lifetime re-tunes if I make mods (headers etc), so I have not used it since i got it a month ago because my 'vette is in winter storage anyway.
Comes in original box (rare to find it that way), in great condition with manuals. Sold new fore $429.95 according to Hot Rod Magazine ( I think it was HRM), who tested it as one of their top three hand held tuners. Asking $145 plush shipping.
Might just be what your 2000 H2- Hummer needs to get peak performance! Unmarried and non VIN locked and ready to use. PM me if interested. Be mindful it's only for 2000 Hummer H2 and al the other vehicles are many so it can be used over a wide range of vehicles not just the Hummer, but as a former Hummer owner, Dodge Ram Hemi, and Ford F350 Super Duty Powerstroke Truck owner, I know mileage is an issue in all these powerful vehicles yet we are at the mercy of dealerships generally to get any performance help.

 

The first year for the h2 was 2003 so there is no 2000 h2

I see that now in better light. I was in my recording studio (dim lighting) and the print on the paper manual was hard to read when I posted the original post, but tuner the box top actually includes 2003-2004 Hummer H-2. (look lower right just above gasoline applications for this model tuner, so yes in fact it is for a 2003, but it's also for the 2004 (and not for a 2000 at all), according to the box label info . Sorry for the error, but you can confirm the unit covers those years. Vinci Crane Cams model number 1202-003 covers 2003-2004 6.0L V8. . As for the spambot comment...always someone with a wise remark no matter what the forum. Lke they have nothing better to do but look around for threads to troll...Anyway thanks for making me look at that again.

If you go by info on Ebay parts sales that show the 2005 Hummer H2 uses the same ECM / PCM as the 2003 and 2004, you can extrapolate that nothing really changed electronically as far as engine and transmission control and that the tuner could be used for a 2005. I just found out this Hummer PCM is even one that GN / Corvette use.
Anyway, you can check auto parts places or just Ebay Hummer H2 PCM or ECM and you'll see them described like this: PCM (or ECM), 2003,2004,2005. Hummer H2 6.0 L etc, so the electronic engine and transmission control units appears to be the same.
To be certain, you can maybe call Vinci Crane Cams or someone like Parts Train and ask about the EECM PCM compatibility years and transpose that to the tuner years for Hummer H2 6.0.. I don't have a ph # though.
