I would like to get an H1 for my wife to drive around town and for when we go camping. She said she wants to have an SUV instead of a minivan. So I figure instead of just getting a Yukon or something, I should take it a step further and get something really cool.

My only concern is we need five seats. We have three kids.

I thought I saw a photo of a seat that can be installed between the two back seats, but that seemed to be a bit odd the way it was elevated, and I am concerned the seat would block the visibility out the back window.

Is there a better solution for fitting a fifth person? A row of seats behind the second row? How would the the passenger access the seats if they were behind the second row? Jump over the seats into the back? Enter from the back door? Seems a bit awkward to me.

Please give me some advice.

No access for seats behind the two rear seats. There was an OEM bench seat that secures in the d ring locations between the rear seats. It is only practical for small kids.

 

Maybe an H1 isn't practical for 5 people. That is a bummer. An H1 would have been pretty cool.
