Hard to start first thing in the morning . Once I've been running truck it will start again right away . Does this sound like bad globe plug?

 

It is probably somthing in the glow plug system. It is most likely the glow plugs themself. Just teat for power at the glow plug wire and if you do have power it is the glow plug. If you replace them make sure not to break one and drop a piece inside the engine- this will make your day bad quickely. Make sure to ise the correct glow plugs. It sounds like to me you just got a truck and are going thru and finding some issues. Did you get a pre-purchased inspection?
