I am a newbie. I have one guy that I need to discuss things with him. I want to do the same thing he has done.

I have tried to message him, but when I hit send, the clock just keep going round and round. It never finishes and cannot get him a message.

 

The recipient mailbox is full? Post a question on that "one guy" thread.

 

You've only got 2 posts. If I remember correctly there's a minimum amount of posts you need before you can message another member. Search the forum rules and I'm sure you'll find it somewhere.
