My wife has a Buick and it says the same thig at the top of that tag. GMC is a stand-alone brand owned by General Motors, though it does now produce the Hummer EV—Hummer used to be an independent GM brand.

so what..... you guys are making like a big stink over BS.
when you get real OEM parts for your "real" Hummer the box says GM on it not ACDelco.
so whats the issue.
i have never seen a boxed part labeled Hummer.

What year is the Buick your wife drives? 
My wife has only driven Buick(until 4 yrs ago when I got her a '20 GMC and now she wont go back to Buick) Btw 40yrs ago the label stated "Buick division of GM", her last 2, 2011 & 2017 labels:
