Are there any worries about premature balljoint wear by doing this?

When I had my ZR2 (1999 S10 version), people would do this, but it would cause premature wear on other parts (IIRC, balljoints)...Different animals, I know, but same suspension concept...

Obviously, an alignment, as mentioned, would help, but just wondering what the long term effects, if any, are...Looks good though, levelled!

Why do we need to do all this? replacing shocks ? I remember people just turned the bolts to adjust the height to make the hummer even.

The S 10s needed a redesigned upper A arm to get away with it. My old truck had a superlift set.
H3s do not have those issues. So long as you stay at/below 23.5" from the center of the hub to fender, you are good. You can adjust as little or as much as you want within that limit. 24K on mine, not a problem, others with 50 and 60K, no worries.

Default Bolt wont Budge at 22" from Center of Hub to Fender

Anyone have any issues turning their bolt till they can't turn it anymore and it only being 22" from center of hub to fender... (Drivers Side).

Can I back off the drivers side, crank up the pass side, then try the drivers side again or are they strictly separate and have no impact on each other?

Was going to do it myself. know i would need an alignment after so took it to the dealer and let them adjust the bars then align. i asked for no more than a 3/4 " raise in height. thats exactly what i got. best money spent, they do it all the time for H3,s

I took my Hummer to my dealer and they said they have never done this before and said it will cost $80 for the torsion bars and alignment is that good?

For 80 bucks i think its worth it. mine was done and sits level with the exact height from side to side.
