OnStar Renewal Rates
Discounts are still available with minimal effort.
My OnStar subscription was about to expire, so I pressed the button and talked to them today. I told them I wanted to renew at the same rate I paid last year. The first rep transferred me to a Renewal rep who transferred me to a Loyalty Renewal rep.
The final result:
Last year's deal:
14 months Safe & Sound OnStar, 100 phone minutes - $148
This years deal:
14 months Safe & Sound OnStar, no phone minutes - $148
OR
12 months Safe & Sound OnStar, 100 phone minutes - $148
I chose the 14 months, but it's almost a wash between the two.
