Default Hummer EV added to the forum?

Every new hummer release there has always been the question asked... Is this a real Hummer? That debate is certainly still alive with the new Hummer EV in production. Especially since it's branded under the GMC name.

So my question is, will we get a new section to the forum? It would make sense to me.

Default tbh i like the new hummer ev

and hummer was owned by gm and so is gmc so it would make sense and the new hummer was made for off roading 1000 horsepower 11,500 lb ft of torque not for speed but for off road it has crab walk i mean it looks menacing you can even make it a convertible i think the new hummer ev is nice other than its top speed of 106.

There is already HummerChat for this new, EV. IMO, I hope this forum stays true to form and with the originals and the true Hummer brand name. Long live Petrol!

GMC would be the BRAND under GM, like HUMMER was a BRAND under GM but not anymore.
The EV you speak of is NOT A HUMMER.
Ok, so maybe the Hummer EV is produced under a different branch within GM. But it says "GMC HUMMER(!!!) EV". So unless you know the intricacies of the company structure, a vehicle called "HUMMER EV" with big "HUMMER" letters at the front of the car and an H on the side of the vehicle, most people will think of the EV as just another version of an H1, H2, H2 SUT, etc. So me as a clueless customer would look for a "HUMMER EV" forum along with the HUMMER H1, H2, etc forums. I don't understand what is so controversial about this. I must be missing something.

I don't care if GM puts the whole alphabet following GMC Hummer, its not a Hummer, it wasn't built at the Hummer plant was not graced by the engineers of AM General. This is a Hummer forum, a REAL HUMMER not some electric POS. I Think you might want to go over to the HummerChat and join the other go green lovers. We eat, sleep and drink Gas over here. We don't need no stinking batteries!

Well, that was clear. Feel free to delete the subforum for this EV Piece Of **** (as you put it). Sorry I stepped on your toes. I thought this 830hp SUV was pretty cool but I get the vibe now.

Bronxteck, I think I can confidently say considering the things I have seen and done in life I am not afraid of change, Just bad decisions by people and the government pushed on us.

Many thought the Metric system was a great things too. We see how well that worked out!

100%
Hybrids - all for them, all electric EVs have been pushed down our throats by "Them".
