Frustrated 2.0

Just had that replaced. It's a real head scratcher. I can hear it when I break and it doesn't slow down from the breaking. It only slows when the the vehicle slows if that makes sense...

It makes perfect sense.

We know nothing about what "that" is, what you think you hear, what Year and Model you are talking about. So, yeah, perfect sense.
